By using ChinaCompute API services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our API for any illegal activities, including but not limited to generating harmful content, malware, or violating the terms of the underlying model providers.

2. Quota & Expiration

API credits purchased through ChinaCompute do not expire unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust model availability based on upstream provider status.

3. Limitation of Liability

ChinaCompute provides services "as is" and is not liable for any service interruptions or damages resulting from the use of our AI models.
