Refund Policy

At ChinaCompute, we provide digital API credits and virtual goods. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

1. Non-Refundable Nature

Once API credits have been added to your account or an API key has been generated, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties with our API that prevent service usage, please contact support at support@cncompute.net. We will review your request and may issue manual credit adjustments at our discretion.

3. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
