At EcomAI Studio, we prioritize your privacy and data security. Our service is built on a "Privacy-by-Design" principle.

1. Data Collection

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our service:

• Email Address: Used for login and order delivery.
• Order ID: Used to verify your purchase and manage your credit balance.

2. Ephemeral Processing (No Persistent Storage)

• User Inputs: Any text or image prompts you provide to the generator are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.
• Generated Assets: Images and copy generated by the tool are stored in a temporary cache and are automatically deleted within 1 hour of generation. We do not maintain a permanent gallery of your work.

3. Credit Management

We maintain a secure database (generator_credits.db) that tracks only your Email, Order ID, and current Credit Balance. No behavioral tracking or personal profiling is performed.

4. Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard providers for infrastructure:

• Shopify: For order processing and storefront management.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery.
• Upstream AI Providers: Your prompts are passed to secure inference engines (such as SiliconFlow) via encrypted channels. These providers do not use your data for model training.

5. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and balance data at any time by contacting support@cncompute.net.

6. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Please check this page periodically for updates.
